The purpose of the present study is to take steps towards recognizing and analyzing the factors and examples of the Quranic preference for personal interests over the will of God and the strategies for dealing with it. An attempt has been made to design the main question, “What analysis of the Quranic-moral examples of the preference for personal interests over the will of God Almighty and the strategies for dealing with it can be presented from the perspective of Ayatollah Javadi Amoli?” In this study, the authors have used the descriptive-analytical method using library tools to answer the main question. The main results and findings of the study from the perspective of Ayatollah Javadi Amoli are: Man naturally seeks perfection; the desire to improve and reach a superior point is embedded within him. However, many people stumble in recognizing the right path and instead of true perfection, they seek deceptive manifestations such as superiority, power, or pleasure. This mistake is because desire and imagination overcome his intellect and man’s gaze deviates from the purpose of creation. The three steps of "recognizing true perfection instead of imaginary perfection"; "conscious and living faith"; and "jihad and self-sacrifice in the way of God" can be considered as strategies for dealing with the preference of personal interests over divine will.
