In the challenging world where many people have either become inclined towards nihilism or spend their days wandering and wondering, the meaning of life has become more important. New science and technology, despite providing a more comfortable life; However, by removing or ignoring spiritual and sacred matters, modern man has been far away from the true meaning of life and moral life. Qazi Saeed Qomi, with a narrative, mystical and philosophical intellectual background, is one of the thinkers of the Safavid period, who has many words for today's people to hear. Our main question is whether bioethics with the approach of religious spirituality has an effect on the meaning of our lives? In this article, with the library method and focusing on the works and books of this Shiite thinker, which reflects his thoughts and the thoughts of his teachers, an attempt has been made to reread the relationship between ethics, spirituality and meaning, and by presenting solutions, man can lead to a purposeful path of identitylessness or artificial identity. To restore creation and by showing the real home that gives meaning to life, reduce the absurdities and suicides and individual immorality and psychological, moral and social problems of human society. The only way to give meaning to life is to return to religious spirituality and ethics. With this attitude, moral life has no meaning without religious spirituality, and without moral and spiritual life it is impossible to have a precise and true meaning for life.
