I'tibatr is a mental (rational) action that humankind does, regarding present realities and ideal ends, generally before any act, and especially before any moral act. i'tibatr is a theory about philosophy of action in general, and particularly about ethics. He asserts that the nature of ethical statements is insha'i (performative) and performative utterances express those rational constructs. Moral statements which have constative form are really performative. Moral rational constructs are not arbitrary and they are based on realities and common human ends. This theory is a kind of non-cognitivism but it supports moral absolutism. We have proofs for moral claims, and like theoretical realm, there are self-evident propositions in practical realm. In a perfect ethics (individual or social) that aims at human elevation, we need not only the rightness of human actions but also the goodness of moral agents. In ethical theory, Javadi Amoli is a virtue ethicist, but he takes duty and consequences of actions into consideration. Religious ethics differs from secular ethics because the existence of God and the next world are realities that require especial rational performative utterances.}, keywords = {Ethics,Javadi Amoli,Non-Cognitivism,Performative Rational Utterances,practical rationality}, title_fa = {فلسفه اخلاق استاد جوادی آملی}, abstract_fa = {استاد جوادی آملی ماهیت گزاره‌های اخلاقی را اعتباری می‌داند. اعتبار یک فعل نفسانی است که انسان با توجه به واقعیت‌های موجود و غایات مطلوب، قبل از هر عملی عموماً و نیز قبل از عمل اخلاقی خصوصاً مرتکب می‌شود. نظریۀ اعتبار نظریه‌ای است در باب فلسفۀ عمل به طور عام و فلسفۀ اخلاق به طور خاص. به تصریح ایشان ماهیت گزاره‌های اخلاقی انشائی است که ابراز همان اعتبار است و گزاره‌های اخلاقی که صورت خبری دارند نیز در واقع انشائی هستند. اعتبارات در حوزۀ اخلاق، اعتبارات دل‌بخواهی و گزاف نیستند، بلکه بر در نظر گرفتن واقعیات و اهداف مشترک انسانی مبتنی‌اند. این نظریه را می‌توان از نظریات ناشناخت‌گرایی اخلاقی برشمرد که گزاره‌های اخلاقی را قابل صدق و کذب نمی‌دانند. بر خلاف بسیاری از ناشناخت‌گرایان، ایشان مطلق‌گرای اخلاقی است و معتقد است گزاره‌های اخلاقی با وجود غیرشناختی بودن برهان‌پذیرند و همان‌گونه که بدیهیاتی در حوزۀ نظر وجود دارد، بدیهیاتی نیز در حوزۀ عمل وجود دارد. این امر باعث می‌شود که برهان و بداهت، مختص قضایای خبری نباشند. غایت اخلاق تکامل فرد است که به تبع، تکامل جامعه را به همراه خواهد داشت. بنابراین گرچه حسن فعلی فواید خویش را دارد، تکامل به حسن فاعلی نیز نیاز دارد. تبلور حسن فاعلی در ملکه شدن فضایل است. ملکه شدن فضایل، بصیرت‌هایی را در قوۀ تشخیص به دنبال دارد. به نظر می‌رسد به لحاظ هنجاری می‌توان استاد جوادی آملی را فضیلت‌گرا نامید؛ اما این فضیلت‌گرایی با عمل به وظیفه و در نظر گرفتن نتایج عمل در شرایطِ مخصوص منافاتی ندارد، بلکه شخص فضیلت‌مند در تشخیص افعال نیک و نتایج افعال نیک، بصیرتی افزون خواهد داشت. اخلاق در حوزۀ تدین معنای متفاوتی خواهد داشت؛ زیرا اعتبارها بر واقعیت‌ها مبتنی‌اند، و وجود خدا و زندگی پس از مرگ، به عنوان واقعیت، اعتبارات خاص خود را برای اَعمال، طلب می‌کنند. همچنین اعتقاد به خدا و زندگی پس از مرگ، انگیزۀ اخلاقی را تشدید می‌کند و هدف زندگی اخلاقی را از زندگی دنیوی فراتر خواهد برد.}, keywords_fa = {فلسفۀ اخلاق,شناخت‌گرایی,ناشناخت‌گرایی,اعتبار,جوادی آملی,حکمت عملی}, url = {https://ethics.isramags.ir/article_84036.html}, eprint = {https://ethics.isramags.ir/article_84036_79b7796506428f4819be1aa9922f28e2.pdf} }
