Moreover, the Mass media, as one of the vast domains of human communications with the mediation of media technologies, and due to the prominence of its position, its functional significance and sensitivity, the scope and the depth of its influence, the diversity of its products, the diversity and abundance of its audience, and its pivotal role in reviewing, reproducing, editing and promoting the culture, in addition to the inevitable acceptance of this universal principle, is bound, more than any other area, to a mandatory or optional conformance with the axiological rules, moral instructions, and justifiable patterns of behavior which enjoy theoretical and cultural support. The present paper seeks to educe and present the general normative preferences and obligations and the guiding ethical dos and don’ts of the mass media with a religious approach and with the purpose of providing one of the professional requirements of a religious media or one with a religious mission and function.    }, keywords = {Behavior,Axiom,norm,Ethics,Jurisprudence,Professional Ethics,Media}, title_fa = {رویکردی دینی به اخلاق رسانه (با محوریت رسانۀ ملی)}, abstract_fa = {با رویکرد ارزشی و هنجاری، همۀ کنش‌های ارادی و اختیاری انسان، بدون استثنا، محکوم قواعد و معیارهای اخلاقی‌اند و ناگزیر با یکی از الزامات دوگانه ایجابی و سلبی (بایدها و نبایدهای عقل عملی) یا شق ثالث (قطب خنثی و عاری از هر نوع الزام هنجاری بر پایۀ منطق سه‌قطبی) منطبق خواهند بود. ارتباطات جمعی، به عنوان یکی از عرصه‌های گستردۀ ارتباطات انسانی با میانجی‌گری فناوری‌های رسانه‌ای نیز علاوه بر پذیرش اجتناب‌ناپذیر این اصل جهانشمول، به دلیل برجستگی موقعیت، اهمیت و حساسیت کارکردی، گستره و عمق تأثیر، تنوع محصولات، تکثر و تعدد مخاطبان، و نقش محوری آن در بازخوانی، بازتولید، ویرایش و اشاعۀ فرهنگ، بیش از سایر عرصه‌ها به ضرورت متابعت اختیاری یا اجباری از قواعد ارزشی، دستورالعمل‌های اخلاقی و الگوهای رفتاری موجه و دارای پشتوانه‌های نظری و فرهنگی، محکوم شده‌اند. این نوشتار در صدد است تا با ارجاع به بنیادهای بینشی و ارزشی اسلام، الزامات و مرجحات عام هنجاری و باید‌ها و نبایدهای اخلاقی هدایت‌گر ارتباطات جمعی را با رویکردی دینی و با هدف تأمین یکی از ملزومات حرفه‌ای یک رسانۀ دینی یا دارای رسالت و کارکرد دینی، استنباط و عرضه کند.    }, keywords_fa = {رفتار,ارزش,هنجار,اخلاق,فقه,اخلاق حرفه‌ای,رسانه}, url = {https://ethics.isramags.ir/article_10525.html}, eprint = {https://ethics.isramags.ir/article_10525_db9166229afd387163f269aca0cccffb.pdf} }
