These states operate in international arena under the reign of chaos and secularization of politics. In contrast to this predominant approach, ethics is at the core of politics in Islam. This is why the main purpose of the foreign policy of Iran, based on its constitution, is not just the achievement of its national interests, but the realization of the interests of the entire humanity, though this goal might lead to the sacrifice of some financial interests. The purpose of this paper, thus, is to compare the foreign policy of Iran and the foreign policy based on the theories dominating the international relations based on “Neorealism”, “Liberalism”, and “Constructivism”. The research method adopted in this study is of descriptive-analytic kind and the data have been gathered through a library research method. The results revealed that despite differences in their political, financial, cultural and ideological conditions, all governments pursue similar goals regarding their national interests in the international arena. However, based on Islam’s viewpoint, one particular nation must not be the basis for decision-making and an Islamic government must pay attention to the interests of all the people of the world.    }, keywords = {Ethics,Islam,Iran,Neorealism,Foreign Policy}, title_fa = {نقش اخلاق در سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران}, abstract_fa = { در دنیای امروز، کشورها در سیاست خارجی خود، اغلب همسو با نظریهٴ نوواقع‌گرایی،  برای افزایش قدرت و منافع، تلاش می‌کنند. آن‌ها در شرایط حاکمیت هرج و مرج و جدایی اخلاق از سیاست، در عرصهٴ بین‌الملل، اقدام و عمل می‌کنند. برخلاف این رویهٴ حاکم، در اسلام، اخلاق اساس سیاست را تشکیل می‌دهد. به همین دلیل، هدف اصلی سیاست خارجی ایران بر اساس قانون اساسی آن، فقط کسب منافع ملی نیست، بلکه تحقق منافع بشریت است؛ اگرچه چنین هدفی به فداکردن منافع اقتصادی منجر شود. هدف اصلی این مقاله، مقایسهٴ سیاست خارجی ایران و سیاست خارجی مبتنی بر نظریه‌های حاکم بر روابط بین‌الملل از منظر «نوواقع‌گرایی»، «لیبرالیسم» و «سازه‌انگاری» است. روش تحقیق در این مطالعه، توصیفی ـ تحلیلی است و اطلاعات مورد نیاز از طریق مطالعهٴ کتابخانه‌ای گردآوری شده است. این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که همهٴ دولت‌ها با وجود تفاوت در شرایط سیاسی، اقتصادی، ارزش‌های فرهنگی و ایدئولوژی، اهداف مشابهی را دربارهٴ منافع ملی در عرصهٴ بین‌الملل دنبال می‌کنند. حال آن که در اسلام، ملت مبنای تصمیم‌گیری نیست و یک دولت اسلامی، به منافع همهٴ انسان‌های روی زمین، توجه دارد.    }, keywords_fa = {اخلاق,اسلام,ایران,نوواقع‌گرایی,سیاست خارجی}, url = {https://ethics.isramags.ir/article_10587.html}, eprint = {https://ethics.isramags.ir/article_10587_06c591ed1c9b6a857ad50f479cf62f4b.pdf} }
